Meet Your Coach: Bonnie Killip

Bonnie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP), Life and Success Coach and Professional Supervisor.

Her approach to eating disorder recovery is grounded in both clinical training and her own experience of living with and recovering from anorexia, which gives her a unique understanding of how complicated and overwhelming food, nourishment, and body trust can feel.

Most importantly she knows firsthand what recovery truly takes.

Bonnie helps clients rebuild a calm and authentically confident relationship with food and their bodies.

She integrates nutrition science with emotional and subconscious work so clients can feel safer around food, restore their brain and body and make choices that support a life that is not just free from disordered eating but also feels good for you.
