Strength and Freedom Focused Group Coaching
Join a community of women committed to creating bigger lives than staying stuck in the eating disorder would ever allow.

Group Coaching: Build a Life Bigger Than the Eating Disorder
This group is for women who are no longer willing to shape their lives around fear, food rules, or recovery as a full-time job.
Group coaching with Bonnie brings together women who are actively choosing growth, self-trust, and a fuller life over perfection. It’s a space where recovery stops being about managing symptoms and starts being about who you are becoming.
You’ll be part of a committed group of women who deeply understand the inner battle, but who are ready to move beyond it. Together, we work on loosening the patterns that keep eating disorders in charge - control, urgency, self-doubt, and isolation - and strengthening the capacities that create lasting change: confidence, flexibility, leadership, and trust in yourself.
This is a powerful environment designed to be practical and uplifting. A community that fuels momentum toward the changes you want to make.
Step into your next chapter, alongside women who are doing the same.
Build Self-Trust and Confidence
Learn to make decisions that feel right for you. Without rules, restrictions, or external validation. The group helps you strengthen trust in your body, mind, and instincts so you can act from clarity instead of fear.
Break Free from Old Patterns
Identify and disrupt the habits, fears, and compulsive behaviours that keep the eating disorder in control. Gain tools and strategies to respond differently, moving from reaction to choice.
Connect with a Circle of Committed Women
Recover alongside women who understand the struggle, share the journey, and hold space for growth. Connection reduces shame, fosters accountability, and creates momentum for lasting change.
Step into a Life Bigger than the Eating Disorder
This group is about more than sharing stories and even recovery. It is about reclaiming your life. Build the skills, mindset, and confidence to live fully, pursue your goals, and experience joy outside the Eating Disorder.
What’s Included in Group Coaching
Connection with Others Who Truly Understand
Recovery can feel lonely. Even if you’re surrounded by people who are trying to help. In this group, you’ll be alongside women who genuinely get the experience of living with an eating disorder. Sharing challenges, wins, and insights with others who understand reduces shame and isolation, and provides the real-world validation that your feelings, struggles, and successes matter.
This group is a judgement-free environment where you can try new approaches, experiment with mindset shifts, and practice confidence in real-life scenarios. All while knowing you have the support of other incredible women and the guidance of a skilled and unshakable facilitator. It’s a space for learning and growth.

Resources and Skills to Break Free from Old Patterns
Eating disorders create deeply ingrained habits around food, emotions, and self-perception. This group focuses on uncovering the underlying drivers of these patterns and giving you actionable ways to interrupt them. You’ll gain techniques to manage fear, urgency, and compulsive behaviours, while building the capacity to respond instead of react.

Momentum Towards a Bigger Life
The group provides structured guidance, strategies, and exercises that help you strengthen self-trust, decision-making, and clarity. This is a group with empowerment at its core. A place where you can build your ability to rely less on external rules and more on your own empowered instincts.
