Subconscious Work: NLP and Hypnotherapy

The behaviours, thoughts and feelings people experience when they're living with (and wanting to recover from an eating disorder) are not conscious choices.

They are automatic responses shaped by the unconscious mind. This is why people find themsevels in the frustrating, confusing and heartbreaking position of wanting to recover while simultaneously just not being able to.

The truth is insight alone often isn’t enough to create lasting change.

Utilising clinical hypnotherapy and neuroloinguistic programming (NLP) allow you access and shift those deeper patterns directly.

There is a lot of information, misinformation and conflicting information on what to eat and what not to eat out there and the shame of this is that taking well-meaning action on faulty data does not get us where we want to be. One of the best things we can do for ourselves as human beings if we've been struggling with our relationship with food and feeling bad about our bodies is to get this step clear.

There are no rigid rules, perfection targets, or external control. Instead, the focus is on removing confusion and strengthening your ability to respond to your body with confidence and consistency.

This is a structured, personalised, high-level recovery experience designed for determined women who are ready to create meaningful, lasting freedom around food and yourself.

You’ll work closely with Bonnie across 12 weeks in an intentional, focused format that helps you shift what has really been keeping you stuck.
