Breakfast is the one meal you probably don’t vary too much from day to day. A nutritious breakfast sets you up for the day. Your body has not been fed since dinner the night before. And it needs fuel to get started. We don’t feel motivated or strong when our blood sugar is low and heading off to work without breakfast means you will be highly unmotivated setting yourself up for a long and tedious day. Eat breakfast and start your day with increased vitality and passion (or at the very least a little less grumpy).
